Accompany and support the redesign process of the online portal for the network of health and safety professionals of Québec. As well as wanting to provide a fresh and more robust portal, the redesign is an opportunity to enhance collaboration and information sharing within the regional network.
OUR ROLE
- Participate in the portal redesign: provide examples, develop tools
- Support for the production of strategy documents (annual planning and development plan)
- Production of most of the functional specification documents for the public call for tender
- Provide expertise in agile project management, standards, and open source software
