The Institut du Nouveau Monde and the Commission scolaire des Affluents wanted to develop training on how to launch a social enterprise, but with a novel pedagogical approach. Given percolab’s innovative practice with learning circles, and that percolab itself is a social enterprise, we were invited to develop the pedagogical model.
percolab successfully experimented and implemented a self-organizing, action-learning model with a first cohort of participants. For a second cohort we worked with another instructor to transfer the model and expertise.
This model brought innovative new practices to entrepreneurial training and contributed to the development of the social entrepreneur community in Québec.
