OUR ROLE

The Percolab Coop team was present on-site with a menu of stimulating and varied activités. The team facilitated these practices to help participants navigate relational discomfort and promote harmonious collaboration.

A radically creative process WITH two phases

01 – Design and prepare the activity menu

02 – Facilitate the Conflict Café activities with the museums clientele

IMPACT

The Conflict Café aims to improve participants’ relational skills and their ability to engage in constructive dialogue. By normalizing conflicts and encouraging open discussions, the initiative contributes to a more cohesive and collaborative community.

Participants left with an enhanced sense of well-being and peace in regards to their conflicts and had concrete action-oriented practices to bring into their daily lives, wether with family, friends or colleagues.
