In my work, I blend Art of Hosting (Participatory Leadership) and Horizontal Leadership practices. I’m constantly exploring others as well. I believe that meaningful opportunities emerge by sharing our collective wisdom. A thrill runs through me every time the energy changes in a group due to people listening and connecting on a deeper level.

With a decade of experience leading and coaching youth internationally, Nil knows how to catalyzes trust and human connection in teams. Since 2014, he has focused on facilitating workshops, meetings and retreats for organizations wanting to transition from being “machines that work” to “thriving living organisms”. Rooting his services in his background in community living, music and social sciences, he uses innovative social technologies – such as Theory U, Social Threefolding and Art of Hosting – alongside clients to practice agile idea generation, crystalize multi-stakeholder proposals and turn work into love made visible.
