Self-governed locally, stewarded internationally
The network is a self-governed international community in which each local cell has an independent legal structure with its own member-managed system.
Members are owners of their cell and care for the local business. Everyone in each local team has specific roles, equal decision-making power, and the room to pursue their passions while earning an honourable living in a vibrant collective.

Collectively held together by our Percolab Manifesto:
We believe organizations of the future must be built around…

SELF-DETERMINATION
People must decide the rules by which they’re governed.
Instead of hierarchical power, organizations can embrace collective leadership.

COMMONS
The world thrives when knowledge, resources, and code are shared openly.
Instead of extractive profiteering, organizations can prosper by growing the commons.

HUMAN
The workplace must be a center for human development and growth.
Instead of exploiting people, organizations can help them flourish.

EQUITY
All workers must have the means to live honourably.
Instead of perpetuating inequality, organizations can create a world that’s fair.

PEACE
Work must be a training ground for peaceful coexistence.
Instead of avoiding conflict, organizations can help us draw strength from our differences.

SYSTEM CHANGE
Every organization must transform the world’s systems for the better.
Instead of looking out for themselves, organizations can work towards a greater and common purpose, a wider movement. We co-create with other organisations for future impact.
