ABOUT
Designed like a café restaurant, the Conflict Café invites you to choose an assortment of collaborative practices from a menu. Conflicts are healthy and are part of every relationship. At the Conflict Café, we normalize conflict and take a moment to develop comfort with complex situations.
To be able to address the complex issues facing our neighborhoods, cities, and metropolitan areas, we must increase our capacity to embrace multiple perspectives, normalize and welcome conflicts to collaborate better and live together.
A 75-minute workshop, come explore the tools and view conflict as a gift! This event is intended for the general public interested in conflict management. This event will allow participants to develop tools to facilitate conflict management and better collaborate in their communities.
Thank you to Hydro-Québec, the main partner of our programming. Thank you to Desjardins, a major partner of the MDD.
