La Maison à petits pas (M.A.P.P.) puts families front and centre, supporting the healthy social development of families and individuals through its programs. The staff of M.A.P.P. were ready to update the organization’s strategic plan but wanted to do it in a way that brought life to the organization.
percolab was invited to develop a customized strategic planning process that would engage stakeholders straight from the heart. We designed a series of six participatory sessions that provided participants with the opportunity to listen deeply and co-create their vision for the future. The process, greatly appreciated by M.A.P.P. for doing such intensive work in such a light and interactive way helped the organization reconnect to its core values, the families it serves, its surrounding “ecosystem”, and to nourish it with inspirational ideas and initiatives.
