Vivacité Montréal aims to respond to a the problem of the exodus of Montrealers. To counter speculation et to help those whom love the inner city stay there, Vivacité is developping a land trust property ownership model that offers financial support for purchasing property in a sustainable way.
Percolab collaborated with Vivacité for the production of a video that explains how this innovative model works. Also, percolab ensured the design and facilitation of an event that united the diverse actors of the area to come together and discuss this social issue. Three stories helped spur the conversation – Benny Farm in Montréal, Cohabitat Québec and the Champlain Housing Trust from the United States. Weaving a link with a social innovation project and other related projects, that’s working in community spirit.
