Focus on a theme and develop key 21st century skills!
Learning circles help us develop new habits and accelerate our actions. Participants commit to a series of workshops over a period of time. There is no program other than that the group gives itself. Participants self-direct their actions and co-learn. A coach ensures the methodologies and the framing.
No matter what the focus of a circle, the experience helps develop two key 21st century skills, our capacity to collaborate and innovate. The impact is heightened motivation, agility and productivity.
3 types of circles
Initiate a circle for your organization (your choice of theme)
Co-initiate a circle with another organization (a theme of mutual interest)
Join an existing circle (the theme interests you)
