Co-manage the development of a secured online system supporting information sharing and knowledge building internally between individuals working in the training units of national tax and customs administrations across the European Union (approx. 30 countries) and the central European Commission Tax and Customs training unit.
National administrations handle similar challenges and TACTIC helps multiple administrations come together to share and build on what each other is doing, Facilitating information flow and dialogue from one administration to the next helps each administration face the pace of change and the complexity of today’s work world.
Innovation
- Users are provided various structured forms and work lows in sync with a complex context and culture of usage (across EU).
- The site is in English but accommodates the use of the 23 European languages, when appropriate
- The system is created by the European Commission but each national administration is free to manage its own users as it sees fit, the design of the roles in the system accommodate this complexity.
